Less noise.

More intention.

A calmer screen.

Designed for real life

Strong boundaries.
Gentle by design.

Mind gives you enough friction to stay present, without turning focus into another complicated system.

01

Focus on your terms

Start a protected session from 15 minutes to 24 hours. Turn on Locked Focus when you want the commitment to stick.

02

Quiet the usual distractions

Choose apps, categories, websites, and Safari domains to keep out of reach while you focus.

03

Make focus automatic

Build recurring schedules for the parts of your week that deserve your full attention.

04

Reset without quitting

Take a five-minute break during an active session, then let your blocks resume automatically.

A quieter routine

Privacy by default

Your focus is
your business.

Mind does not require an account. Your focus sessions, schedules, and blocklists stay on your device. Apple’s Screen Time picker keeps selected app and website identities private by providing Mind only with protected selection tokens.

QUICK HELP

Apps are still blocked after a session

Open Mind once so it can refresh the session. If blocking remains, confirm Screen Time access is enabled, then restart the device.

A Safari page stays blocked during a break

Reload the page or open it in a new tab. Safari can keep showing an already-loaded content blocker error until the page is requested again.

How do I enable Safari domain blocking?

Open iPhone Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions, then enable the web blocker included with Mind.

How is Screen Time data handled?

Selections are represented by Apple-provided opaque tokens. Mind cannot see the names of apps or sites chosen through Apple’s picker.
